CPA Technical Accounting Manager

Managing complex accounting projects remotely, the full-time salaried Technical Accounting Manager will oversee operational accounting processes, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Participate in technical accounting projects, ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP or IFRS and providing direction on complex accounting topics Collaborate with operational teams to streamline accounting functions and improve financial reporting and budgeting processes Manage special projects related to operational improvements and system upgrades, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification required Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical accounting Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and experience in accounting for complex transactions Proven experience driving operational improvements and process automation Experience with financial systems and operational system integrations
