Requirements Analyst II (8670) PdM IW

In support of Marine Corps Systems Command’s (MCSC) Product Manager Infantry Weapons (PdM IW), the Requirements Analyst will translate operational capability gaps into formal technical requirements through the Joint Force Requirements Process (JFRP) process. Working closely with MCSC, the analyst will develop critical acquisition documents, conduct DOTMLPF-P (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy) assessments, and prepare justifications for the POM budgeting cycle. This role serves as a vital bridge between USMC leadership and technical developers to ensure that future equipment and systems effectively meet the mission needs of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF).
