Location: Avondale, AZ -Field
Job Type: Full-Time (after trial time)
As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly with customers, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and system operations clearly to clients
- Complete job tickets and documentation accurately
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in Arizona high temperatures.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Install, repair, replace, and maintain HVAC systems
- Perform ductwork installation and modifications
- Work in crawlspaces and attics as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- 1+ years of HVAC experience & installation (Required)
- 2+ years (Preferred) HVAC experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, and various weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong decision-making skills and a solutions-first mindset
