Position: In-Home Occupational Therapist: Assessments & Home Modifications (Contract)
Jukebox Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support older adults and individuals with disabilities in their homes. This contract role emphasizes in-home assessments and collaboration with clients to ensure safety and independence.
