Job Title: 1st or 2nd Shift CNC Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team, specializing in operating CNC machines with precision and attention to detail. The role involves working with medical device parts, primarily using stainless steel and aluminum materials.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines using G&M Code for setups and running processes.
- Inspect your own parts before they undergo final inspection.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Work with dimension tools to ensure precision in parts manufacturing.
Essential Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in CNC operating.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using dimension tools.
- Experience in making precision parts with tight tolerances.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience on a mill.
- 2-3 years of experience as a CNC operator.

Work Environment
Work in a small, climate-controlled machine shop focused on manufacturing medical device parts. Enjoy a supportive environment with shifts available from7am - 3:30pm or 3:30 pm to 12:30 am. The dress code is casual, suitable for a hands-on manufacturing setting.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richardson, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
