Production Worker

We are currently hiring for multiple positions

• Pay range $21-$23 depending on experience
• Shifts available: Day & Swing shift

Production( Fluro department):

• Maintain spray guns and coating equipment.
• Clean coating booths between product changes to prevent contamination.
• Prepare and inspect parts before coating.
• Apply powder coatings to customer and quality specifications.
• Ensure consistent coating thickness and monitor curing ovens.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance.

AEC Technicians:

• Inspect, clean, process, and package machined parts in a cleanroom environment.
• Perform manufacturing operations including inspection, masking, blasting, bonding, polishing, and packaging.
• Complete production documentation and inventory transactions.
• Maintain equipment, follow 5S standards, and keep work areas organized.
• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and support team production goals.

Plater:

• Process parts in tanks according to work orders and specifications. Manually dip products in chemical tanks
• Time and monitor processing steps, including rinsing and finishing.
• Record production data (dimensions, tank, temperature, voltage, time).
• Follow safety and environmental procedures, including proper waste disposal.
• Assist line operations to improve efficiency and support supervisors.

Requirements

• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and use lifting equipment for heavier items.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift.
• Comfortable using hand tools, including razor blades.
• Must follow all safety procedures and wear a full-face respirator.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
