Base: $120,000-$150,000 Salary + Performance-based bonus compensation (Quarterly + Annually)

What You’ll Do
Lead your own caseload and develop creative, strategic approaches for every client
Represent clients confidently in contested family law matters (hearings, mediation, trial)
Help families find resolutions through negotiation, not just litigation
Apply deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code and TRCP
Counsel clients with clarity, compassion, and pragmatism
