Senior Accounting Analyst

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX and is fully onsite. The schedule is 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:30 AM-12:30 PM on Fridays.

Key Duties:

• Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and other general ledger activities to support an accurate and timely month-end close.
• Analyze financial results, compare performance to budget, and investigate variances to provide meaningful business insights.
• Support external audits by preparing documentation, coordinating requests, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Partner with teams across the organization while gaining broad exposure to finance, operations, and leadership.

Qualifications/Experience:

• 2+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities
