What You'll Do

• Craft sweet, juicy coffee and tea drinks to our high standards using quality beans
• Keep the café clean, organized, and full of good energy
• Chat with guests, share coffee knowledge, and make every visit feel special
• Team up with colleagues to boost store vibes and keep things running smoothly
• Join coffee tastings and training sessions to level up your skills

Pay & Hours

$20+/hr + tips Flexible 15–25 hours per week Part-time

What You Bring (Kindness First)

• Team player with clear communication and reliability
• High school diploma or GED; previous coffee or retail experience is a plus, not required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for shifts, handle cash, and communicate in English
