To support a leading Healthcare IT company, the hybrid/remote Recruiter will manage the sourcing, selection, and hiring of qualified candidates while collaborating with multiple teams and ensuring compliance with diversity hiring goals on a 6+ month contract basis. Key responsibilities Source, select, and hire candidates while managing applicant flow and compliance with company policies Provide guidance to junior staffing team members and assist with training on recruiting processes Develop job postings, coordinate job advertising, and maintain partnerships with employment agencies and educational institutions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and experience required 4+ years of experience in a staffing function as a recruiter Deep understanding of recruitment legislation and compliance requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS tools, and Workday ATS Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with strong organizational skills
