Direct Support Caregiver (Night Shift) 7pm-7am- Full Time

3rd shift caregivers- immediate openings. This position is 7pm-7am. Candidate for this role would work 3 days per week.

Please be aware that in this role, caregiver must stay with residents until relief from next shift arrives. This may on occasion require candidate to work a mandatory double shift.

Caregiver requirements-

5 year caregiver experience, reliable transportation.

Lead by example. Calmly resolve situations. Be able to coordinate with other Supervisors.

• Provide coverage to our 3 Milwaukee locations- Not just the home you're assigned to. Communication with other Supervisors. Have a personal email to communicate with Management and Lead Team
• Coordinating with Manager at all times to keep the houses staffed 24hrs 7days a week.
• Document and report any changes in Resident’s mental and physical conditions
• ALPs Resident medication set-up, ordering, deliveries, changes, errors.
• Is responsible to Maintain Medication closet Clean, Organized, and keep all Resident Meds accounted for.
• Must be skilled in how to fax, email, record, document, cooking, proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
• Keeping Resident Books as well as Communication Folders updated and in good condition.
• Manage Proper handling and redirecting of the Residents. Train Staff of all CM policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the house’s cleanliness, Supervisor may assign house cleaning tasks to any shift.
• Document staff issues or staff errors.
• Record and report medication errors to Manager.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
