Key Responsibilities Design and execute creative, high-quality cocktail menus, featuring seasonal ingredients and unique flavor profiles. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Provide exceptional guest service, engaging with patrons and making informed recommendations. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it meets the highest standards. Develop and maintain relationships with liquor and beverage suppliers. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bartender, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead bartender role.
