Role Overview: Provide patient-centered rehabilitation services by assessing medical conditions, developing treatment plans, and delivering skilled physical therapy interventions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Administer physical therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, monitor progress, and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE passing.
• Graduation from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or actively applying for licensure.
• CPR certification.
