JerseySTEM is seeking a Program Instructors Recruiter to lead the recruitment of volunteer program instructors committed to our mission of providing STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls. This role involves interviewing candidates, collaborating with curriculum and community teams, and attending weekly virtual meetings. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a resourceful attitude, and be familiar with the US college ecosystem.

Experience in recruitment or volunteer engagement is essential.
