How you will make a difference:
As the Lead Payroll Analyst, you'll have a tremendously impactful role of day to day execution of a critical function: Payroll and accounting for the Company. You will also take leadership in refining payroll and financial reporting processes to support a high-growth company that is expanding internationally. You’ll get to:
Execute global payroll operational duties
Work cross-functionally to design scalable and efficient process, with emphasis on automation and risk mitigation
Responsible for the payroll systems and optimize configurations to maximize scalability and employee experience
Process full cycle payroll operations for all domestic and international employees
Contribute to the improvement of current operating procedures to reflect best-in-class practices
Perform payroll reconciliations, month-end close and related journal entries
Ensure the proper documentation, recordkeeping, and accounting for all payroll transactions including audit support
Addressing payroll function related queries
Ensure regulatory compliance and timely filings
Enforce compensation policies regarding approval guidelines and documentation
We are looking for people who have:
Payroll operational experience at a high-growth company
Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and other widely adopted HRIS solutions (equity platforms a plus) including system implementation and design
Meticulous attention to detail
A keen focus on scale, end-to-end automation and evolving processes for scale and efficiency; AI familiarity
Stakeholder and vendor management experience
Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)

Pre-tax commuter benefits
The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $92,000 - $150,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health fitness and learning development, among others.
