ioVista is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead digital commerce projects from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between clients, developers, designers, marketers, and third-party technology partners.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a technical understanding of modern eCommerce platforms and digital ecosystems. They should be comfortable leading client conversations, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, status meetings, and project reviews.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Manage project scope, budgets, risks, and change requests.
- Coordinate internal teams, including development, design, QA, SEO, data, and support.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Qualifications

Required
- 3–5+ years of project management experience in a digital agency, technology company, or eCommerce environment.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and website development processes.
- Experience managing website builds, migrations, integrations, and optimization projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management software such as Teamwork, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
Preferred
- PMP, CSM, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification.
- Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento).
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, hosting environments, and integrations.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Experience working in agency environments, managing multiple client accounts.
