Owner-managed property is seeking a Licensed Plumber for a direct hire opportunity at a prominent apartment community in Richmond, VA. ***NO travel require and NO on-call hours required but this is a busy 700+ unit apartment community with historic plumbing.
Job Overview:
The Licensed Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in apartment units and common areas to ensure functionality, safety, and code compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances.
Diagnose plumbing issues and perform effective repairs in a timely manner.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
Respond to resident service requests and emergency plumbing issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to schedule and complete plumbing projects.
Assist in preventative maintenance programs for plumbing systems.
Adhere to all safety policies and maintain clean, organized work areas.
