Job Summary:
As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant with In Home Rehab Group, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' own homes. Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions and injuries

Conduct physical therapy treatments, exercises, and activities under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist

Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on proper body mechanics, safety, and independence techniques
