General Maintenance - PAINTER at Hyatt Hotels Atlanta, GA

Description This mid-level engineer will be responsible primarily for general painting-related projects and assignments including wallpaper, drywall repair and finishes. This position will perform repairs and preventative maintenance in public spaces, back of house areas, and guest rooms. Candidates should have a minimum of (3) years of painting experience. As part of the Maintenance/Facilities team, candidates having basic troubleshooting skills involving electricity, plumbing, etc. are preferred but not required. Qualifications Open scheduling availability including evenings, weekends and holidays Minimum 3 years painting experience Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds) Must be a team player but able to work independently as wellAble to multitask and prioritize assignments.
