Are you ready to own one of the most important retail partnerships in the beauty industry? Performance Beauty Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the Ulta Beauty business for our Grande and Lash Division while also overseeing a portfolio of key department store accounts. Ulta Beauty represents the vast majority of this role’s business and strategic focus, making it the centerpiece of your responsibilities and one of the most visible accounts within the organization. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for a significant multimillion-dollar business, where you will serve as the primary strategic partner to Ulta while driving growth across one of our fastest-growing brand portfolios. In addition to Ulta, you will manage select department store accounts, ensuring consistent execution, strong customer relationships, and continued business expansion across multiple retail channels.

As the Senior Account Manager, you will own every aspect of the Ulta relationship—from strategic business planning and joint business reviews to assortment strategy, promotional planning, forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional execution. You’ll work directly with Ulta buyers and internal executive leadership to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and deliver exceptional business results. You’ll also oversee the strategy and day-to-day management of assigned department store partners, ensuring each account receives the attention needed to maximize growth while maintaining Ulta as the clear strategic priority. This position requires someone who can confidently operate with minimal direction, influence cross-functional teams, and serve as a trusted advisor both internally and externally. If you’re passionate about beauty, thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and have a proven track record of growing major retail accounts—particularly Ulta Beauty—we’d love to hear from you.

Performance Beauty Group (PBG) is a leading player in the beauty and personal care industry, known for its innovative brands, category leadership, and strong retail partnerships. As our portfolio continues to expand across domestic and international channels, our Grande and Lash Division remains at the forefront of innovation and growth. We foster a culture that rewards initiative, accountability, collaboration, and high performance, giving talented professionals the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while accelerating their careers.
