Position Summary

We are seeking a Bakery/Packager Associate to prepare fresh bakery items daily, follow recipes, wrap, label, and store merchandise. The role requires juggling multiple tasks, assisting members with their bakery orders, and maintaining a clean, member‑ready area. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Team Collaboration: Work with associates to build a strong bakery team and be flexible to business needs.
• Product Preparation: Operate baking equipment, follow recipes, wrap, label, and store merchandise per company policies and food safety standards.
• Digital Utilization: Use handheld technology for production decisions and inventory management.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain work area standards, enforce quality and date control, eliminate waste and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Advocacy: Promote the department and club by modeling high‑quality service and products.
• Adhere to company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy.
• Complete assignments using data, resources, and collaboration with managers, coworkers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and physically lift up to 50 lbs.
• Problem‑solving mindset and commitment to excellence.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation preferred.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
