Donor Care Specialist

Overseeing the day-to-day entry and processing of donor data, the full-time remote Donor Care Specialist will ensure accuracy in CRM data management while providing exceptional customer service to donors and collaborating with leadership on special projects. Key responsibilities: Manage data entry and processing of donor information and donations into the CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Serve as the primary contact for outsourced customer service agents, addressing escalated issues and inquiries Lead training and process improvements for data management and donor acknowledgment, ensuring adherence to service level agreements Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field 2 or more years of experience, with a preference for 1-2 years in a non-profit environment Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce NPSP software Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or donor-facing experience Working knowledge of nonprofit organizations
