LaSalle Network is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing organization in Dallas. This Industrial Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime and supporting daily operations. What's the job? - Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment issues - Respond to production maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns in a timely manner - Repair or replace motors, bearings, belts, valves, pumps, sensors and related components - Assist with machine setups, changeovers and equipment improvements - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical manuals - Inspect and evaluate equipment performance to identify potential maintenance concerns - Support equipment installations, modifications and commissioning projects - Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders and parts inventory documentation - Partner with production and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency - Follow all safety, quality and company policies and procedures What's needed? - 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, production or processing environment - Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience - Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems - Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics, blueprints and technical documentation - Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance - Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment - Basic computer skills and experience documenting maintenance activities - Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments - Strong commitment to workplace safety - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment What's in it for me? - $28-30/hour compensation - Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential - Medical, Dental and Vision insurance offered during the contract period - Stable and growing manufacturing environment - Opportunity to expand your technical skills and advance your career - Collaborative team culture focused on safety and operational excellence Key Details - Compensation: $28-30 per hour - Benefits: LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
