We are looking for a dependable part-time Administrative Assistant to support our office team.

Job duties will include:

  • Manage and respond to general office emails.
  • Maintain an organized filing system both digital and physical
  • Data entry

This will be a part- time position with the potential to move to full-time. Schedule to be determined. 24-32 hours per week M-F.

Work location: Willow Park, TX - In person

We are looking for someone with a good attitude, shows up ready to work, takes ownership in their responsibilities, and isn't afraid to ask questions or jump in when needed.

  • Prior office or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational Skills
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to work well with others.
