Position Overview: Clinical Administrative Assistant a dual-function role supporting both executive leadership and front desk operations. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors while also providing high-level administrative support to leadership.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, discreet, and eager to grow as the organization expands.

ROLE DETAILS

Location: Onsite in the Dallas–Fort Worth area (Tarrant County, Texas)

  • Please Note: To be considered for this position, candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Tarrant County, Texas, or be able to relocate independently prior to their start date. NeuroBridge is unable to provide relocation assistance for this role.

Status: Full-Time

Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Benefits: Eligible after 90 days

Reporting To: Clinic Operations Manager

Target Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, visitors, and incoming calls, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience
  • Manage patient communication, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations
  • Support executive leadership with calendar management, scheduling, and coordination
  • Handle supply ordering, inventory tracking, and vendor communication for office and clinical supplies
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, files, and documentation
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all patient and organizational communications
  • Support HIPAA compliance in all patient-facing and administrative functions
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire logistics as the organization grows
  • Adapt responsibilities and take on expanded duties as NeuroBridge scales

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative or front desk experience
  • Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) strongly preferred
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling systems, and general office technology
  • HIPAA awareness training or willingness to complete upon hire
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in a clinical environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with EMR or clinical scheduling software
  • Experience supporting executive-level leadership in a clinical or healthcare organization
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
