Delivering exceptional customer service to Industrial and DTI customers, the full-time remote Business Account Specialist will manage onboarding, order management, and customer inquiries while ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain expertise in Red Wing for Business programs, services, products, pricing, and procedures Provide dedicated customers with exceptional service, exceeding expectations through knowledgeable and timely support Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes and engage in account review calls Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service Strong knowledge of product offerings and services Experience with ERP, CRM, and reporting tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality in task execution
