Dispatcher (Part-time)

Sacramento's premier and only woman owned plumbing company has an immediate opening for a Part Time Dispatcher to join our team.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provide excellent customer service to our customers at all times!

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information regarding our products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
• Dispatch team members to job sites
• Communicate effectively with both customers and employees in order to effectively execute job requests

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skills:

• Understanding of various computer programs including Microsoft applications and exceptional phone skills
• Highly proficient understanding of the English language

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
