Managing a pipeline of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, the full-time remote Provider Recruiting Specialist will proactively source candidates, guide them through the recruitment process, and maintain communication from outreach to offer acceptance. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for NPs and PAs across nationwide markets, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Manager on sourcing strategies Proactively source candidates through various channels and maintain pipelines for current and future openings Conduct candidate assessments and maintain accurate documentation in the ATS while tracking key recruitment metrics Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or medical aesthetics Experience recruiting NPs, PAs, MDs, or DOs is strongly preferred Proven ability to manage a high requisition load while maintaining quality communication Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-accountability
