What You’ll Do:
- Assist buyers and sellers through the full real estate transaction process
- Prospect for new clients and build a strong, sustainable pipeline
- Conduct property tours, open houses, and listing appointments
- Prepare comparative market analyses and pricing strategies
- Negotiate offers and manage contracts from start to close
- Deliver a high level of client service to drive referrals and repeat business
Qualifications:
- Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred.
- Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
