Job Overview
The Marketing Account Manager of this luxury boutique real estate firm will manage the day-to-day marketing needs of The Agency Hilton Head and Beaufort offices, responsibilities range from training and support, event planning, creating print and digital marketing collateral, drafting listing copy and bios, and consulting on marketing efforts and campaigns. Both digital and print marketing experience is a must.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands luxury branding, modern digital strategy, elevated design, and the fast-paced nature of high-end real estate. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, operates with a high level of professionalism and discretion, and can seamlessly balance creative vision with operational execution.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Steward of the brand that upholds the guidelines set forth in the most recent Brand Guidelines
- This individual will oversee a team of print and digital marketing specialists while serving as the primary liaison between our local offices and The Agency’s global network.
- Oversee branding, positioning, and launch strategy for luxury listings, developments, events, and agent marketing.
- Collaborate closely with brokerage leadership on recruiting campaigns, brand growth initiatives, and market positioning.
- Creation of various deadline-oriented marketing materials including agent bios, listing copy, presentations, flyers, signage, eblasts, advertising, social media assets and other custom materials when needed
- Lead liaison for local agents on marketing needs and processes
- Coordination and strategy of local ad and media buying
- Coordinate participation in global campaigns, press opportunities, referrals, and cross-market collaborations
- Ensure local initiatives align with global brand standards while highlighting the unique lifestyle and luxury appeal of the Lowcountry and Coastal Georgia markets

- Management of print coordination of marketing materials with local vendors
- Project Management of custom projects with outside marketing agencies if custom branding is requested
- Approval of all new listings for compliance and brand guidelines
- Marketing training/onboarding for all new hires (staff and agents)
- Assist in planning and coordinating client facing and agent events in the local market
- Attend monthly marketing meetings with other global Marketing Managers
- Perform other tasks as directed by Managing Partner
- Advise on agent business planning
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years marketing experience minimum
- Real estate industry and/or luxury brand experience a plus
- Impeccable grammar, proofreading and copyediting skills. Graphic Design experience with proficiency in InDesign and Canva a plus.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in using Google tools for analytics and performance tracking
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
