Appliance Shark is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and contributing to sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates, repairs, and deliveries
- Assist customers with appliance sales and product recommendations
- Process invoices, payments, and customer records accurately
- Support inventory tracking and order management
- Communicate with vendors, technicians, and delivery teams
- Help maintain a positive customer experience from first contact through completion
- Assist with marketing initiatives, customer outreach, and review generation
Qualifications
- Previous office administration, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Appliance, retail, or service industry experience is a plus

Schedule
- Full-Time 9am -6PM. 1 hour lunch break.
- Monday – Friday
- Some Saturday availability may be required- this can be overtime.
