Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manufacturer's Representative Sales Associate role based in Denver, CO. The Sales Associate will manage and grow a defined territory, regularly visiting customer locations, distributor partners, and prospective accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales calls and in-person meetings, presenting product solutions, preparing quotes, and following up to close business. The role involves maintaining strong account relationships, providing product education, and responding promptly to customer inquiries and issues. The Sales Associate will identify new business opportunities, support promotional activities and trade events, and collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer partners to meet revenue and growth targets. Accurate forecasting, maintaining CRM records, and preparing periodic sales reports are also core responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience in Account Management, including maintaining relationships, handling renewals, and providing ongoing client support.
  • Background in Business Development and new customer acquisition, including prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with Merchant Services or related financial/payment solutions is beneficial, especially when working with retail or distribution partners.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with comfort in face-to-face and group settings.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage a schedule effectively, and travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and presentation tools).
  • Previous experience as a manufacturers’ representative, B2B sales professional, or territory sales associate is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
