Role Description This part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker role is a hybrid position based in Greenwood, IN, with a combination of in-office sessions and work-from-home telehealth hours. The clinician will provide individual, couples, and family therapy, conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering evidence-informed interventions, monitoring client progress, coordinating care with other providers when appropriate, and upholding ethical and legal standards. The LCSW will also participate in case consultation, contribute to a supportive team environment, and help ensure that services remain accessible, person-centered, and culturally responsive.
Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Indiana, in good standing.
- Strong clinical foundation in Social Work and Mental Health, with experience providing psychotherapy to diverse clients.
- Understanding of Behavioral Health principles and the ability to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.
- Experience or familiarity with Medical Social Work and Case Management, including coordination of care and linkage to community resources.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, maintain professional boundaries, and provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care.
- Proficiency with electronic health records, telehealth platforms, and maintaining clear, organized documentation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program; prior outpatient or private practice experience is preferred.
