Clinical Care Coordinator

The Clinic Care Coordinator uses clinical and/or administrative expertise to support the work of health care providers and clinic staff. The role ensures that assigned team members follow all policies and protocols while promoting workflow that maximizes productivity and patient care. Responsibilities include supervising assigned staff, coordinating patient care, ensuring high-quality services, and participating in Quality Improvement activities. The Clinic Care Coordinator functions as the Center Manager in the absence of the Center Manager/Nurse Manager, assists in recruitment and performance reviews, and fosters a positive team environment.
