Your Role & Impact

As a PRN PTA with CSMO, you will play an essential role in helping patients reach their goals by delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will support functional progress, encourage patient engagement, and contribute to a positive clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans as established by supervising Physical Therapists

Provide safe, effective, and compassionate patient care

Educate patients on exercises, goals, and progress

Communicate with PTs and support staff to maintain continuity of care

Document accurately and efficiently following organizational standards

Float between CSMO therapy locations as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

BLS (CPR) certification preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to travel among our 5 CSMO therapy locations

A genuine passion for serving the outpatient orthopaedic population

A lifelong learner with a commitment to growth, new skills, and evidence‑based practice
