Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a team: 1 office administrator and 3 HR team members
Manage the team with a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Onboarding
Offboarding
Leave Management
Ticket system
Offer letters
Investigations
Minimum Qualifications Skills:
Bachelor’s degree required
SHRM certified desired
5 Years of HR experience required
Team management experience required
Experience working at a mid-sized company highly preferred
Previous experience in an engineering company is a plus
Familiarity with immigration hiring and requirements are a plus
Technology savvy
Excel, ADP Workforce Now, Smartsheets, Greenhouse, Equifax experience is a plus
Polished professional able to prepare presentations and work with leadership roles
