CCC Call Specialist I

Serve as the point of contact to internal and external customers of Park National Bank by providing professional and courteous service that emphasizes “Our Brand Promise”. This is a call center environment position. We are looking for candidates who have strong communication and active listening skills, have a patient and empathetic attitude, and have adaptability and flexibility. Candidates must also be able to guide callers through troubleshooting, be able to de-escalate difficult situations, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
