We're looking for a Paid Media Portfolio Manager with experience in Meta advertising for DTC brands . This is a hybrid role because you will analyze Meta ad account metrics to determine what converts, and then directly write scripts and direct UGC creators to build those winning ads. You'll manage both internal content teams and external UGC creators, while keeping your hands on the Meta Ads account to ensure every dollar is spent on creatives that actually convert. If you know exactly what hooks are working right now and can turn data into winning briefs, we want to talk.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ad creative development, from concept to published asset.

Manage and direct internal content teams and external UGC creators to scale production.

Own the Meta Ads Manager account—campaign structure, budgeting, and daily optimization.

Analyze creative performance data and translate insights into actionable creative briefs.

Continuously test new angles, formats, and hooks while killing underperformers fast.

Stay ahead of DTC creative trends to ensure our ads remain fresh and competitive.
