Director, Technical Services

The Director of Technical Services – PDM provides functional leadership and governance across all Company brands (Engineering and Construction), ensuring that engineering, procurement, construction, and turnover activities consistently meet Company standards, codes, and specifications. This role leads and integrates four core technical service pillars—Field/Construction Engineering, Document Control & Information Management, Commissioning & Start-Up, and Heavy Lift/Heavy Haul—to drive safety, quality, productivity, and predictable project outcomes from early design through commissioning and client handover.
