Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Tradesman - HVAC in San Francisco Bay Area, CA to support and grow commercial mechanical operations across the region.
Impact
Install commercial HVAC systems that perform from day one.
Hit schedule and quality targets on every project.
Promote safe job site practices.
Support apprentices and helpers as they grow.
Responsibilities
Install rooftop units, air handlers, fan coils, VRF, and ductwork.
Rig and set equipment with cranes and lifts as needed.
Pipe refrigerant, condensate, and hydronic lines.
Braze, solder, and pressure-test refrigerant systems.
Coordinate with electricians, controls, and sheet metal trades.
Read plans, submittals, and shop drawings.
Maintain clean redlines for as-builts.
Follow all PPE, fall protection, and lockout/tagout requirements.
Requirements
Must-Haves
3+ years installing commercial HVAC equipment.
EPA Universal certification.
OSHA 10 or 30.
Valid driver's license.
Nice-to-Haves
Sheet metal or pipefitting union background.
Welding certifications.
BAS controls familiarity.
