Assistant Manager of Laundry

The Assistant Manager of Laundry leads the laundry team in the collection, cleaning and distribution of laundered products for the housekeeping department. Maximize linen processes, according to forecasts, for labor, supplies and linen/terry. This includes thorough knowledge of the functional area and oversight of the daily operations of the Laundry department, including organization, execution and accountability of all related functions, policies and procedures, and efficient operations of the department. This individual provides supervision of the laundry aids and laundry truck drivers. This includes interviews, training, developing, scheduling, supervision and evaluation of team members.
