Operating Room Nursing Manager (Cosmetic Surgery)

Lead and manage operating room nursing operations for cosmetic surgery, ensuring safe, efficient patient care, staff readiness, and consistent service and sales performance.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Maintain OR compliance and patient safety standards
• Improve surgical processes throughout the facility and improve staff and patient case readiness.
• Achieve targets for patient satisfaction
• Optimize staffing schedules and reduce turnover
• Support revenue growth through service excellence
• Foster culture of personal growth and development in employees

Qualifications:

• 3+ years OR nursing leadership experience
• Experience in cosmetic or elective surgery settings
• Proven customer service and sales experience
• RN license (California)
• Experience in Fresno, CA or willingness to relocate
