We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (could be manager level) to support organizational planning, operational analysis, and executive decision-making across a growing organization. This individual will help evaluate business performance, support planning initiatives, and contribute to projects tied to operational efficiency and long-term growth. The role requires someone who is comfortable working across departments, handling complex data, and operating in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications of the Sr. Financial Analyst:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Advanced certifications or graduate education are beneficial.
- Several years of experience in FP&A, including financial analysis, strategic planning, corporate finance, or related analytical environments. Strong preference for previous medical device experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience working in spreadsheet-based modeling and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in evolving environments with changing priorities and developing processes.
- Collaborative mindset with a hands-on approach to supporting business needs.
Responsibilities of the Sr. Financial Analyst:
- Create and maintain analytical tools and reporting models used to evaluate operational spending, business performance, and investment initiatives.
- Support planning cycles including forecasting activities, annual operating plans, and performance tracking against business objectives.
- Review financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to production activities and organizational performance.
- Prepare reporting materials and business summaries for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Assist with analysis related to pricing assumptions, supplier costs, and market conditions that may impact business results.
- Support inventory-related analysis, expense tracking, and financial review processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with internal teams on monthly reporting activities, reconciliations, and planning support.
- Contribute to evaluations tied to new initiatives, vendor relationships, operational investments, and resource planning.
- Participate in additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
