Burr & Forman has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Senior Associate or Counsel in the Orlando, FL; Tampa, FL; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC or Nashville, TN office. This position requires a J.D. degree and membership in the applicable state bar association. The candidate will manage routine commercial real estate transactions including lease reviews, handling acquisitions and dispositions of properties from contract negotiation through due diligence review and closing, general real estate development, and managing complex engagements in a team environment. A strong background in title and survey items is preferred. Must be licensed to practice law in the applicable state.
