We-Fix-It Auto Repair is a family-owned company built on hard work, blood, sweat, and tears.

We have proudly served our community since 2009. Over the last five years, we have aggressively grown into a multi-million-dollar operation — and we are just getting started. Our current locating is one of the largest auto repair shops in town with 22 bays.

We are now preparing to open our second location so we can serve more customers and continue expanding our impact.

We are looking for a high-level leader to help us build it.

The Role

This is not a “maintain the status quo” management position.

You will:

• Lead and develop a team of advisors and technicians
• Drive performance, structure, and accountability
• Identify problems before they happen and proactively solve them
• Follow and implement company processes with discipline
• Help launch and grow a second location from the ground up
• Uphold and protect our company culture

Compensation

Compensation will be strongly tied to the team’s performance.

We believe in rewarding leaders who build strong teams and deliver strong results.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of automotive management experience required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to follow and enforce structured operating systems
• Servant leadership mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
