DH Pace Company, Inc., is building the region's best Security Systems Integration team, and we are seeking skilled and experienced Outside Commercial Sales Representatives in St. Louis, Missouri to excel in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be self-directed and experienced in cultivating both new customer opportunities and strengthening existing commercial relationships by selling services and installation solutions that include these technologies: Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Parking Control & Revenue, Alarm Monitoring Services as well as Service Programs and other solutions.

Job Requirements & Essential Duties

  • Become a trusted advisor: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and develop strategic security solutions that win them over.
  • Hunt new business: Identify and qualify leads, generate fresh opportunities, and convert competitor accounts into loyal DH Pace customers.
  • Master the sales cycle: From prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing, you'll orchestrate a winning sales plan, showcasing your expertise in every step.
  • Design solutions that impress: Translate client needs into effective estimates, and proposals, ensuring smooth project execution and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate and communicate like a pro: Seamlessly work with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients, fostering strong relationships through clear and concise communication.
  • Bachelor's degree (any field) is highly preferred, but not a requirement.
  • All applicants must possess a valid driver's license.
