Job Overview The CNC Machine Operator is an experienced machine operator who is disciplined, creative, and an excellent problem solver, thriving in a lean manufacturing environment. A successful candidate is reliable, able to read blueprints, maintain tight tolerances, and has a strong mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities Follow standard work machine set up, run parts, and perform preventative maintenance (PM). Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations and/or operate other equipment, including selecting and pre‑setting tools required for the next scheduled job. Update and maintain all visual controls and create and/or support countermeasures; operate in and maintain a clean and safe environment. Participate in SMED, Kaizen events, and ‘5 Whys’ problem‑solving exercises. Resolve and/or report equipment abnormalities. Follow company safety procedures and standards to ensure individual and collective safety, avoiding unnecessary risk to oneself, co‑workers, contractors, customers, and property. Stand for safety by courageously reporting unsafe practices. Requirements At least 3 years of CNC maintenance or mechanic experience.
