SpringCare Home Agency LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care to clients throughout our service areas. If you're passionate about helping seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe and independent at home, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a Home Care Caregiver, you will provide personalized, non-medical assistance that enhances each client's comfort, independence, and quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Helping clients safely move around their homes and assisting with transfers
- Preparing meals and providing feeding assistance when needed
- Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, tidying, and organizing living spaces
- Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Observing and reporting any changes in a client's physical or emotional condition
- Following individualized care plans and agency guidelines
- Completing required visit documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have reliable transportation
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Applicants must also meet one of the following:
- Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
- STNA or CNA certification/license
- Completion of an approved caregiver competency evaluation program
- At least one year of verifiable caregiving experience
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
