Shipping Clerk

Position Title: Shift Shipping Clerk BD#14091

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Production Workers (1st & 2nd Shift)

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Position Overview

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking reliable team members for Shipping Clerk and Production Worker roles in Dallas, TX. These positions support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations including shipping coordination, inventory handling, and production line support. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Shipping Clerk Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly inventory processes
• Complete pick sheets and assign products to packaging loads
• Schedule trucks for product pickup and manage appointments
• Coordinate container release and pickup activities
• Enter daily move sheets accurately
• Maintain packaging supply inventory and update supervisors
• Follow FIFO procedures when selecting orders
• Enforce DOT weight regulations on outbound trucks
• Authorize driver entry into facility

Production Worker Responsibilities

• Assist with production line operations and general manufacturing tasks
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Support team members to meet daily production goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
