• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, both in-person and virtually.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Manage and update customer information effectively in our CRM system (HubSpot).
• Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Provide valuable feedback to our marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Packaging Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales.
• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory if necessary.
• Previous sales experience or internships are a plus.
